1. Membership
Butler Crew is an invite-only golf crew based in South Austin. Membership requires an active invite code and payment of season dues. Members are expected to show up, have fun, and not be a pain on the course.
2. Dues and payments
Season dues fund prizes, events, and whatever the Crew votes on. Payments can be made by card or Venmo/cash. Dues are non-refundable unless the Crew decides otherwise.
3. RSVPs and events
When you RSVP to an event, you're expected to show up or cancel in advance so others can take your spot. Repeated no-shows may affect your standing in the Crew.
4. Code of conduct
Be respectful to fellow members and course staff. No cheating, no throwing clubs in anger, and no being a jerk. The admins reserve the right to remove members who don't vibe with the Crew.
5. Content and data
Member info in the directory is for Crew use only. Don't scrape, share, or misuse member data outside the Crew.
6. Liability
Golf involves risk. Butler Crew and its members are not liable for injuries, lost balls, bad rounds, or anything else that happens on the course. Play at your own risk.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued membership means you accept the updated terms.
